The Correct Dose
DIRECTIONS: Always take under supervision of your healthcare provider. Recommended 1 caplet daily or as directed by your healthcare provider. Ideally, you will take the product with food. Once your food nutrients start to be digested, your body will also absorb more of this product’s ingredients, usually within 90 minutes.

is recommended for the distinct nutritional requirements of individuals with a dietary need for any of its ingredients, with emphasis on endothelial dysfunction 2,3,4 who present with a loss of protective sensation 5 and neuropathic pain 6,7,8 associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, as well as the distinct nutritional requirements of patients with endothelial dysfunction and/or hyperhomocysteinemia9 who present with lower extremity ulceration(s). 10,11,12
CONTRAINDICATIONS: NeuronexST
is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components contained in this product. Methylcobalamin is contraindicated in early Leber's disease.
There is no conclusive evidence that it makes any difference what time of day you choose. However, our tablet coating and the ALA ingredient support your body’s natural production of melatonin. As such, we believe that a late in the day dosing approach is ideal.
NOTE: some doctors advise to use a “maintenance dose” after the patient experiences symptom relief or metabolic improvements (>90 days). If so, the patient may be moved to a ½ tablet daily dose in order to maintain metabolic improvements over time (thus saving the patient money).
